[COMMUNITY POOL]
➣Free outdoor pool in the resort. Open between May (Memorial day weekend) and September (Labor day weekend)
➣Pool hours are usually 9am-9pm. They are subject to change without prior notice due to reasons we do not control such as weather, hygiene and equipment maintenance and failure
➣We are not responsible for pool closures and we do not refund due to this

➣Your own PRIVATE OASIS – a Hot Tub tucked away at the back of the cabin, ensuring total privacy.
➣Soak your cares away while surrounded by the NATURAL BEAUTY OF THE SMOKY MOUNTAINS
➣To ensure your safety and comfort, the hot tub is thoroughly CLEANED, DRAINED AND REFILLED with fresh water after each guest's stay. We use bromine tablets to maintain water quality.
➣While the hot tub may not be fully heated upon your arrival, it will be ready for you to enjoy in no time.

➣3rd bedroom (sleeps 3): Bunk bed and trundle (all beds have twin mattresses)
➣Living room (sleeps 2): Queen sized sleeper sofa

[WATER SUPPLY]
➣Water supply comes from a well. Most cabins in the Smokies have wells due to the terrain
➣Due to high mineral content in the soil, the water is easily impacted by Iron, Sulfur or a combination of both
➣Due to high Iron content the water may have a brown tint
➣Due to Sulfur the water may have an odor
➣Iron in the water may be soluble at first (meaning the water is clear) and later precipitates to form a brownish tint
➣The water supply is filtered however we encourage you to bring bottled water to drink

[SNOW STORMS & POWER OUTAGES]
➣During the cold months (November through February) we encourage 4WD in case we get snowfall.
➣Power outages can happen when there's a snow storm. This can be a big deal because all the water in the cabin relies on an electric well pump
➣Regardless of these precautions, we HIGHLY RECOMMEND PURCHASING TRIP INSURANCE through a third party

[LAUNDRY]
➣Full size washer and dryer inside the cabin
➣Steamer provided in lieu of an iron

[PARKING]
There is ample parking space for up to 4 vehicles.
The driveway is fully paved

[CONSUMABLE ITEMS PROVIDED]
To make your stay even more comfortable, we offer a STARTER PACK of consumable items, including:

[THE NON-FUN PART STARTS HERE]
➣We strive for perfection but that's not always attainable. No cabin or host is perfect. We will bend over backwards to make things right
➣If you see something then say something.
➤If there is an amenity or feature that's not working as intended, then we would like to know about it.
➤If you let us know then we will attempt to fix it, even during your stay, as long as we get your permission
➤If you deem the issue not urgent then we can always wait until after checkout to get it addressed. We would like to know about it during your stay so we can make arrangements in advance to get it fixed prior to the next guests' arrival
➣We expect each guest to treat the property with the utmost respect. This allows us to continue providing awesome accommodations to future vacationers at a reasonable price
➣If you're looking for a place to have an immature drunken party then this is not the cabin for you
➣PARENTS: We expect you to control your children.
➣If you can't or won't then we kindly ask that you book another cabin
➣You must be 25 years old to book this cabin. NO EXCEPTIONS
➣You MUST provide your ID for verification
➣SCAMMERS will not be tolerated and we will report you to the authorities for full prosecution

[GUEST ACCESS]
➣Guests will have access to all the amenities inside and outside the property
➣There is ample parking for 4 vehicles. The driveway is fully paved

[OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE]
Since this cabin is in Shagbark Resort you are required to provide the following information after booking (no exceptions):
➣Number of vehicles
For each vehicle:
➣First & Last name of at least one person in each vehicle (doesn't have to be the driver)
➣Cell phone number
➣Email address
➣Vehicle make & model
➣Vehicle license plate & registration state

➣We will then take this information and manually input it in the Shagbark security system
➣The security guard will need to verify this information when you arrive
➣If we do not receive this information then the security guard at the entrance WILL NOT let you in - you will be forced to call us which is challenging since there's nearly zero cell signal at the guard shack.
➣If you can't reach us then you'll be forced to wait
*This information is important because this is the only way for the Security Team to reach you in case of an emergency in the resort

➣We do not refund due to weather, driving conditions, power outages or other acts of nature that we don't & can't control. We advise you to get trip insurance
➣With the cabin being in the mountains you might lose cell service. We recommend printing directions and check-in instructions ahead of time.
➣Since this cabin is in the woods, you will see bugs, bees, scorpions, millipedes, lady bugs and all sorts of critters. We do have the cabin on a strict pest control schedule but it's impossible to eliminate all insects.
➣You might encounter bears. These are wild and dangerous animals so please do not approach or feed them. Do not leave your car doors open, even when going inside the cabin for just a few minutes.
➣Always lock your car – bears have been known to open car doors.
➣Always dispose all trash in the bear-proof receptacle outside the cabin.
