This is a beautiful and cozy Montauk beach home, newly-renovated with clean, hardwood floors, spacious living area, updated bathrooms, and kitchen. This house includes an awesome deck, complete with full outdoor dining and sitting furniture, and a full-sized BBQ. Don't forget the hot, private, outdoor shower to rinse off the salt and sand! All modern amenities are available including Smart TV's, WiFi, DVD, Blu Ray, and landline phone. Home includes a fully-equipped kitchen for those who like to host and cook. There is also tons of garage storage for your surfboards, bikes and any other summer equipment you need beyond the already included beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, and kids beach toys.

This house is a 2 minute walk to the marina, LI Sound beach access, restaurants, delis, markets, ice cream shops, fishing charters, and ferries. Five minute drive to the surfing beaches, Montauk town, Montauk Lighthouse, hiking and biking trails. Two minute drive to the train station, movie theater, and the Montauk Downs golf course, driving range and pool.
