Family vacation 2024

Place was super cute, and very clean. We did have a few unwanted bugs (that are very common down south ) but owners were very quick to get that taken care of. This place had EVERYTHING you would need from a crock pot to beach towels and chairs. Super easy quick walk to the beach and also a few shops close by. Would definatly return if we came back to this area.

I again apologize for the unwanted “guests” but thank you for letting us know. We are not there every week and don’t know if there is anything wrong unless someone tells us. We hope you come back and would love to host your family again.

The location was great as far as proximity to the beach. I get the impression the owners do not see to the place in between bookings, someone else does. The beds were made with clean sheets upon arrival but there was no toilet paper in the bathrooms, had to hunt for it. There was a sign saying there was a complimentary bottle of wine but there wasn't, no big deal. Now I understand we were in the South and it was summer, so I expect there's going to be some bugs, but this place was infested. Open the cabinets in the kitchen and they don't even bother scattering. The silverwear organizer and glass baking pans had roach scales and feeces. We booked a place with a kitchen because one of my daughters has a lot of food allergies so this was disappointing. I had to was everything before and after use. When i stripped the beds after our stay, more roaches at the foot of the sheets. We are home and our luggage is sitting outside until a have time to shake everything out as i don't want them in my house.

I am so sorry you had a bad experience. The people after you advised us of the cockroaches and we had the condo treated immediately! Had we know when you were there we would have done the same. I have also spoken to our cleaners regarding the toilet paper and wine issue. I apologize again for your unpleasant experience and can honestly say we have taken care of these issues.
