Full Remodel Normandy Park

Welcome to your home away from home. This remodeled 3-bed, 2-bath home is perfect for individuals, families, or anyone visiting the Pacific Northwest. Enjoy a modern kitchen with quartz countertops, brand-new stainless-steel appliances, oak laminate flooring, A/C. The home is ideally located near Seattle, within walking distance of local shops and restaurants, Downtown Seattle and the Alaska cruise terminals are only 15–20 minutes away, and Seattle–Tacoma International Airport is just 5 minutes.

Welcome to our beautiful home featuring three bedrooms, one with a luxurious king-size bed and the others with comfortable queen-size beds. The two full bathrooms each offer a tub with a showerhead. With parking in front is available for two or more cars. We have a smoking area in the back with a patio table.

Our fully remodeled house, kitchen includes new appliances and a dining table that comfortably seats six people. Additionally, we provide a convenient laundry room with a washer and dryer for your use. Stay connected with our WIFI internet and enjoy your favorite shows on the smart TV with streaming services.

You have full access to the entire house and cover patio. The outside basement entrance is securely locked and closed.

Early check-in or late checkout may be available for a minimum fee of $75, but it is not guaranteed and may be declined depending on scheduling. Please contact the host for availability.

All guests must be included in the reservation. Any additional visitors not listed on the booking who remain in the home will be charged $50 per night per person.

Special instructions for dog owners (please read):

Only dogs under 20 lbs are allowed.

Pet fee: $140 per stay.

Dogs that shed are not permitted. No pets on beds.

If a pet is brought without prior notice, an additional $350 fee will be charged.

Please do not park or block the side driveway. Thank you.

Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Any modification of booking dates will be charged 100% of the modified prices.
If a pet is present without notice, the guest will be additionally charged a $350 cleaning fee charge and $140 per stay
Any extra guests must be informed. Any extra not listed on the booking staying in the home additional $50 per night.

Great location. Had a business retreat. Great alternative to a hotel. Property management was great. Only issue…underground bee nest at entry and a spider nest in the corner by the front door.

House in Normandy Park

This house was just as described and noted in pictures. Very clean, modern and worked well for our family. All amenities we needed were part of the rental.The patio and large backyard were perfect for outside fun. (though Seattle weather didn't cooperate.)The street was off a main road in the city so it was easy to hop on the freeway to places we visited while also being in a very quiet neighborhood. Grocery store, coffee shops and restaurants are within walking distance.Our contact person was there if we needed him. We would gladly rent this home if in the area again.
