- Guests Must be 25 years of age in order to book this chalet
- Noise levels must be kept at a respectable level as there is a strict no noise bylaws in place by the town of Blue Mountain
- Guests must fill out a renter's agreement prior to staying with us, agreeing to all rules
- Guests can only park 7 vehicles in the driveway and there is no additional street parking
- Hot Tub use is prohibited after 11:00PM

Can’t say enough great things about the hosts

Great chalet on the top of the mountain. All the amenities we needed and the Hosts were fantastic. Even brought a hair dryer over on New Year’s because the one in the chalet was missing. Great to work with, responsive to my questions before and during the stay. Thanks Jason and Jamie for being great hosts. I would book with them again without hesitation. Can’t say enough great things!

Great place for large groups

The place was awesome!!! We had 11 adults and we had plenty of space, great kitchen for cooking, plenty of washrooms and overall just a great place for a ski weekend. We definitely will book again. Thanks Dave
