Located only 1 block from beautiful South Forest Beach Featuring the 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom Hilton Head vacation condo in Forest Beach. This popular, pet-friendly Ocean Breeze condo offers comfort and convenience in a great location to explore Hilton Head Islands' top attractions and beaches.

On entry, the foyer leads into a bright open floor plan with a dining table for 4. The adjacent kitchen is fully equipped for everyday cooking.

The family room is comfortably furnished, with TV. The deck, which has an outdoor dining table for two, is just steps from the complex pool. A convenient powder room is located on the first floor, as well.

On the second floor are the two bedrooms and a closet with a stack washer/dryer. The primary bedroom has a King-size bed and a private bath. The second bedroom has two twin beds and a shared bath.

Per the Ocean Breeze HOA, there can be a max of 2 adults per bedroom.

The Ocean Breeze complex is pet friendly, has a swimming pool that is open from April through October, free on-site tennis, and is only a short walk to the beach. 2 car passes are allowed per villa.

Forest Beach stretches along the Atlantic Ocean between the Shipyard and Sea Pines communities on Hilton Head Island. Bike paths and neighborhood lanes on North and South Forest Beach eventually draw one to Coligny Plaza, the hub of the Forest Beach area.

A non-refundable fee is required. Please review pet charges and rules/restrictions before reserving. The Ocean Breeze HOA has a 1 dog per unit limit.

You can take a leisurely walk or a bike ride to Coligny Plaza, where you'll find a grocery store, convenience store, bakery, beach shops, a variety of dining options, and nightly entertainment.

Plus, enjoy high-speed wireless internet throughout the townhome. No smoking/vaping at the property.

Great family escape, close to the ocean

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was an ideal vacation home for our family. Close to everything we wanted to do. Kitchen was great - we picked up fresh seafood most days from South End Seafood and just cooked it there. Unit was clean and really well maintained. We would definitely aim there again.

Great stay - close to beach and shops

The townhouse is lovely, clean, and has everything you would need! It’s nicely decorated and homey. The back looks out on a pond with a fountain. You can sit on the back deck and just relax. Neighbors are friendly and it’s a great place to walk your dog. There are tons of trails. Good location- close to beach, restaurants and shopping. Highly recommend!

A very nice and cozy home

We had a family vacation stayed for 4 nights. The town home sits at a very friendly and quiet neighborhood. It just takes about 10 mins walking to the beach. The kitchen has all cooking wares we need! Washer and dryer works well! The home is clean and the starting sets are very helpful! The only improvement I would like to point is the linen filter in the dryer needs to be replaced. The tear and wear may hurt your fingers when you clean it. Overall, my family and dog enjoy the stay very much! And I highly recommend it! And we will stay again for the next trip!

Lovely condo close to the beach

We had a wonderfully relaxing stay at this property. The condo was clean and quiet, and just a short walk to the beach. It was a nice touch having some books to read and games to play. The community was safe and friendly! Kitchen was well stocked (though it may be time to replace the frying pans- they sort of wobble around the glass top from being a bit warped over time.) We would definitely stay here again.
