Welcome to Ocean Breeze 7007! If you truly want to be near everything, then you've picked the perfect place to stay. The breathtaking beach is only a 10-minute walk. Superb restaurants and splendid shopping are a mere stroll or bike ride away! And, if you golf, then you will have the opportunity to choose from more than 12 world class golf courses!

This villa is an end unit with no one above you and no one to the right of you resulting in a very peaceful stay.

The floor plan of this villa is designed with comfort and functionality in mind. There are two master bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom, one upstairs and one downstairs. There is an additional half-bath downstairs. The over-sized chair in the loft converts into a twin bed and the full-size couch in the family room pulls out into a sofa sleeper. The loft overlooks the spacious living area with over 20-foot high ceilings sporting two large skylights that provide you with natural light throughout the day.

There are three large flat screen TV's (smart 55" TV in the family room), cable TV, and speedy/secure Wi-Fi. The kitchen is fully equipped to make your trip seamless! A full-size washer and dryer are also available for your use.

Ocean Breeze is located right off South Forest Beach, the center of activity on the island. Walk or ride to Coligny Plaza which is known for great restaurants, shopping, family activities and live local music! The beach front famous Tiki-Hut is one of the hottest spots on the island and is located at Coligny Beach. Sea Pines is also very close where you can visit Harbor Town, the lighthouse and the vast variety of shops, and the infamous Salty Dog Cafe! Right out the back door of our villa you can get a little exercise on the tennis courts.

The easiest way to get to the beach is to take the PAVED BIKE PATH at the southwest corner of the Treetops complex. The bike path will take you to the Alder Lane beach access point. After one road crossing (S Forest Beach Dr) you will be at the beach entrance. Located at the entrance are public restrooms, showers and the Loggerhead Restaurant and Bar.

Fantastic vacation spot!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Excellent condo, with scores of amenities and super location! We stayed at 7007 Ocean Breeze for 2 weeks and loved walking or bike riding to the beach for morning sunrises, relaxing with extensive tv and movie channels, cooking in the full kitchen - with so many appliances and gadgets that made it seem like home.The unit has a very open feel, making it seem very spacious and easy to entertain friends.We look forward to coming back to 7007 Ocean Breeze!

We enjoyed our stay and found the Villa to meet our needs perfectly. The location within the complex as well as proximity to the beach and bike trails was excellent. The kitchen was well stocked with small appliances, cutlery, pots and pans. We enjoyed using the outdoor electric grill too.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We recently visited Hilton Head and enjoyed our stay. The people who arranged our stay were extremely helpful and accommodating. Our rental was spacious and clean. We enjoyed using the tennis courts right outside the unit and walking the grounds. We were also appreciative that we could bring our dog. The location a couple of blocks from the beach was ideal, and close to many great restaurants as well. The living room furniture was not the most comfortable but fine for a short stay. We also appreciated that the kitchen was well equipped. We would certainly stay at this location again.

Vacation close to the beach

Very organized, quaint, corner villa convenient parking, spacious, very clean with options for additional pillows of different levels of firmness, blankets, well equipped kitchen, close to the finest neach in Hilton head which is the Coligny, and an adjacent tennis court for pickleball and tennis players. Villa is strategically located to everything you need to see and do.

We will be back!

My wife and I and our two dogs had a great stay during the week of Thanksgiving. The property was exactly as advertised and had everything we needed for the week. It was very clean upon our arrival- great job by the cleaners! We would stay here again in a heartbeat.
