Thank you for sharing this thoughtful feedback. We are glad you enjoyed the condo and the neighborhood, and that you found everything clean and well stocked. It is wonderful to know you plan to return, and we look forward to hosting you again.
Everything was great except they automatically charge you 70 for a parking pass you don’t even need until after Labor Day. Also the floors were very dirty. Went through three pairs of socks completely black the first day until we had to mop the floors ourselves.
Finding unit was not easy. 800 number not helpful at all.Furniture was old and very uncomfortable. Loved the area, but would never stay at this or any other associated with “v trips”.
There is no place to unload your things. We have stayed in many condo's through the years. This was the first time we have experience these issues. There are no assigned parking places. The curtains or lack of curtains were very scarce. There were no blackout curtains in the bedrooms considering a bridge is connected. The way the bridges are is very unique!
Very good experience. The only negative was that the parking was not convenient, and of course the one day it rained I had to park some distance away from the condo.
Loved this unit for our vacation including our fur baby. The unit we can tell has been recently updated with new appliances and furniture. The bed mattress was firm but surprisingly very comfortable. I would only suggest stocking the unit with some basics. I couldn't locate any extra trash bags but the one that was already there and only 1 extra bathroom roll of paper is not enough for a family of 4.
Condo was spacious and clean in a great location. It was a bit dark due to the tree coverage outside and the lack of lighting in unit. With some additional ceiling lighting this would make it brighter. King bed was average as far as comfort. Pillows definitely need to be upgraded. We had to go purchase our own pillows as the condo's was very thin and uncomfortable. Very quiet. Nice stay.

Family beach trip
Location was perfect! Close to Coligny Beach area and Sea Pines. What I didn’t like was we had no sheets for the pull out bed on night one. There were also no bath mats for the showers. I felt like communication with the rental property was challenging and there should be an easier way. I asked for an early check in multiple times but no one ever got back to me. That being said, I got several text messages and emails about checking out on time which bordered harassment.
We did have several cockroaches which can’t be helped this time of year. Walking directions to the beach would have been helpful. Overall, the place was clean and we enjoyed our stay.
A nicely furnished (and potentially recently refreshed) NW-facing property surrounded by a beautiful views of tropical forest. The entire space is in deep shade and easy to keep cool even in hotter than usual late spring weather. It was also more humid than expected (AC had no trouble keeping the place cool, although humidity remained high). Because of the foliage and shade, the 2-story condo is also noticeably darker than what the somewhat overexposed photos suggest. First-come parking is close by (although in season it may require you to walk a bit). Beach access is a brisk 10-minute walk and is away from the usually busier main public beach--I recommend either parking on the SE edge of the complex or walking, as the public parking throughout the Hilton Head Island (other than the main public beach) is limited. The space was clean with only a few stains on the ornamental kitchen table cloth and on one of the comforters. The staff was responsive and friendly and the checkout rules reasonable. Don't forget to bring your shampoo and body wash.
