About this property

Welcome to our home! Ideal townhome for a family of 4-6 or 2 couples. Our cozy, modern retreat is located in Eagle Vail right between Vail and Beaver Creek resorts. Our home was completely renovated in the fall of 2022. Beds are super comfortable, the kitchen is stocked with everything you need including a wine frig. BBQ just outside the front deck. Outdoor dining for 6 on the backside deck. Grab a blanket and cozy up to our new gas fireplace. Enjoy the coffee/hot cocoa station adjacent to the dining area. Store your gear in the garage along with your car. Easy access to the ski slopes by car or bus transportation. Free shuttle to Vail during ski season! During the summer, take advantage of the tennis & pickle ball courts, nearby golf course and swimming pool (additional fees) all within walking distance from our home. Also, there are plenty of bike trails, hiking trails and fishing nearby. Main entrance is through the garage.

Best Rental Experience

The place was great for the four of us. Very clean and well stocked. Enjoyed the fireplace and coffee station. This was within walking distance to the bus stop to go into Vail Village. Very convenient to restaurants as well. Amenities were fabulous especially parking one car in the garage. We went snow shoeing at a nearby trail that was 5 minutes away. Thankful for the extra pair of snow shoes for use. The 3 of us had snow shoes the other did not. So glad we didn’t have to rent. Check in and check out was a breeze. We would stay here again for sure.
