One block South of the town square and only five blocks from Simpson College, it's an easy walk to local dining and boutique shopping. With three bedrooms, one bathroom and lots of room for dining and relaxing, this is an ideal home away from home. I call her "Harriet".

I grew up here in Indianola. I spent a lot of my youth walking or riding my bike to the square and around town. I still enjoy it in my free time! I love having a home so close to the town center. Fixing up and decorating this home has meant so much to me and I love being able to share it. My hope is that you come to stay and immediately feel at home in a way that comforts your whole self.

Why they chose this property

I love the hustle and bustle of small town living you can experience at this home. I love the sound of preschoolers out for their morning walk with their teachers. Seeing all the pedestrians out for coffee, or walking their dogs. Traffic at the local business offices. And the community of church goers as they come and go at the church across the street. I often walk around the corner for coffee or a tasty bite at the local restaurants.

What makes this property unique

This home offers peace and quiet with a window to the outside world if you want it. There are lots of windows to watch the world outside if you want or draw the curtains closed and have a sit-in with a book or movie. You can walk to so many dining and entertainment options here. The movie theater is around the corner, many locally owned restaurants and boutiques, Simpson campus is very close as is the Aquatic Water Park if you stay in the summer.
