We were going to stay in a hotel then found this listing that was less expensive and had more amenities that we liked (eg kitchen). The hosts put a lot of thought into making this little apartment comfortable and easy and we are glad we chose it over a hotel. The host was extremely helpful and responsive. It is a very professional business. We are happy we chose this rental over a hotel. Thanks David!
The host was very unreasonable about reimbursement due to my grandmothers passing. Wouldn’t recommend staying at pennywell prestige to anyone. Very unfair service and will not rebook ever. I didn’t even request full reimbursement, even a partial would have been reasonable. But the host was very unfair.
