Whether you are visiting for pleasure or work, you are walking distance to downtown where you will experience what the oldest city in North America has to offer including cafes, pubs, live music, restaurants, and specialty shops.

A bright and open concept layout with 10-foot ceilings and hardwood flooring throughout the house and decorated with local art. The living room is inviting and perfect for entertainment or a relaxing evening with a large sectional and 65 inch smart television which seamlessly flows into the dining area and well stocked kitchen. The kitchen includes concrete countertops, dishwasher, fridge, water dispenser, and center island with bar stools ideal for everyday living and hosting.

Beyond the kitchen, you will find a convenient main floor bathroom, laundry room, and mudroom with direct access to a private and fully fenced backyard. Step outside to enjoy the patio complete with a seasonal barbeque and comfortable sectional seating.

Upstairs features a full main bathroom and three thoughtfully designed bedrooms The spacious 15X12 primary suite features a king sized bed with a new mattress, two recliners, walk-in closet, ensuite, and scenic view of Signal Hill. The second bedroom offers a cozy bedroom with a queen bed and new mattress, while the third bedroom includes a comfortable double/full bed with a new mattress.

Recently installed mini-split provides efficient air conditioning and heating to maximize your comfort all year round.

On street parking is available with parking permit and additional parking permits can be provided upon request.

This property was absolutely perfect for our family of four. It is beautiful, well maintained and within easy walking distance to downtown and the harbour. Communication with Rob was always quick and easy. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting St John’s. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Excellent property, with a fantastic location, walking distance to downtown St. John’s (Water St, George St, and the harbour). Close to delicious restaurants, and shopping. There were 5 of us and we had plenty of space to spread out or be together and the super comfy sofa on the main floor. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Beds were VERY comfortable!

Lovely spacious home in a perfect location. Couch was amazing. Tons of glasses and supplies. Enjoyed sitting on the outdoor furniture in the backyard. Within walking distance to downtown and central to all points of interest, but a quiet street. Would definitely recommend.

I was born and lived in St. John's, Newfoundland most of life and decided to return home after spending a decade in Halifax, Nova Scotia. I love sports, music, and traveling. I know this city inside and out which will help make your stay authentic.

Why they chose this property

A spacious and bright living and dining area with 10ft ceilings and hardwood flooring. Its open concept incorporates a very functional kitchen including a center island with a dishwasher and concrete countertops. Past the kitchen you will find the main floor bathroom, laundry, and mudroom which leads out to a fenced yard with a seasonal barbeque and patio sectional.

Upstairs features a main bathroom and three bedrooms with a spacious 15X12 master bedroom with an ensuite, king sized bed, two recliners, walk-in closet, and a scenic view of signal hill. The second bedroom is a nice and cozy room with a double/full bed and brand new Endy mattress. The third bedroom is nice and cozy room with a queen bed.
