The Cozy Cottage. A pet-friendly place to relax and enjoy Chatt. 1 dog property.
The Cozy Ridge Cottage was built in 2023. This is a one pup house and one level. The house is located on the frontline of the Confederate Army in the Battle at Missionary Ridge in 1863. Close to downtown, tourist attractions, shopping, and dining. The city of Chattanooga is experiencing rapid redevelopment, economic growth, and what some call "gentrification." There is a great diversification. There is a huge development going on just 2 blocks down. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. The house is about 3 miles to Camp Jordan and less than 3 miles to downtown. There are 3 hospitals that are within 3 miles away. My insurance does mot cover Dobermans, Chows, Rottweilers, or Pit bulls.
