Welcome to our charming 3 bedroom brick house! Nestled in a quiet neighborhood, this spacious and inviting home is the perfect place to relax and rejuvenate during your stay. It is conveniently located just a short drive from downtown Graham, 7 miles from Elon University, 20 minutes from Greensboro area and about 30 minutes from UNC Chapel Hill.

Featuring, 2 queen bedrooms, 1 King bedroom with master bathroom and sofa bed for extra bed space. Living room has a flat screen TV connected to wifi so you can easily connect to Netflix, Hulu, AppleTV, Pluto TV and Amazon Prime video. Kitchen is fully equipped with stove/oven, fridge, microwave and coffee maker, we provide pots and pans and utensils.

Next to living and dining room is spacious sunroom where you can just relax and plenty of space for board games. There's a lovely patio area perfect for enjoying the cool evening breeze just outside the sunroom.

Conveniently located just 5 minute drive from downtown and nearby restaurants and groceries. Our place is close to a local walking park where you can enjoy and relax.

Beautiful property in a great neighborhood

This is such a beautiful home that exemplifies the expression “Home away from home”. The listing does not do it justice. You have to see it to believe it. The owners were great throughout the process and our stay. We will definitely stay here again whenever we are in the area.
