With 4 bedrooms, 3-1/2 baths, you will have plenty of room for family or guests. The spacious living room has a vaulted ceiling & flows into the super comfy den. The kitchen has been recently remodeled and is stocked with the basics for cooking and entertaining. Enjoy the completely fenced outdoor living space with fire pit, seating, and gas grill. We are located in popular Emerywood, convenient to coffee shops, restaurants, and downtown. Parking for 4 vehicles. Pets and families welcome!

We were extremely happy with the property, the spacious rooms, cleanliness and access to local area was great. The neighborhood was very nice and the communication with the caretakers was excellent. I'd highly recommend staying at this property if you are in the High Point area!

The space was excellent, we had one married couple and four other adults and never felt like the space was too small. Plenty of bathrooms, one full upstairs, 2 full downstairs and a half downstairs. It’s in an excellent area and has everything you need.

This was my first experience with VRBO and it was awesome. We stayed there 4 nights and everything was perfect. Great communication with owner and they seem to really care about your comfort and have tried to do everything to make your stay enjoyable. We really liked the home and for 4 men there was plenty of room and 3 1/2 bathrooms with 3 showers was great for privacy. We would stay there again with no problems. Thanks for an enjoyable experience!

Very clean, nice, unique, comfortable house that feels like a home, not a cookie-cutter commercial VRBO rental. Beautiful neighborhood, and easy (1 mile) walk to Truist Point and associated restaurants. Kitchen is modern and well-stocked. Also - and I know this sounds petty but it often our first indication that a landlord is cheap - the toilet paper is really nice. Thanks for letting us stay in your home. We will be back!

This was the 4th time we’ve gotten a VRBO in High Point when visiting for Christmas versus staying with family or a hotel (with our dogs). We’ve been happy with our stays but this location was simply the BEST! From the amazing hospitality to the charm of the decor (including subtle and warm Christmas decorations) to the beautiful neighborhood we will definitely be back. Heath was such a gracious host from start to finish - from asking what kind of coffee we like before check-in to letting us check-out late on Christmas Day. We can’t wait to come back!

Perfect for Furniture Market

We loved our stay at this home. It was the perfect home base for my colleagues and myself to come back to after long days at market. The house is located on a beautiful street and its close location to town made for an easy shuttle pick-up and drop off. We definitely plan on returning!

Super cute house! Very cozy. Owners were wonderful. Our son was on crutches and the hilly front would have been difficult for him. Penny came over and opened the gate for us so he could pull up to the back. Loved it!
