The place was very convenient to all activities. The ATV trails. There was a store within walking distance that had everything that we needed for our visit. My family and friends come from three different states we all met up. It was very easy to find for everybody very comfortable to park all the vehicles, even with a cabin next to us, I would highly recommend that for family and friends especially big gatherings to get together

Potential
Our family (5 adults, 1 infant) chose this home for location to WPG trails which we have enjoyed multiple times over the years. Postives: The location is perfect for trails, however, it sits on a very busy road which could be scary if you have young children. The patio, front and back, are nice and large with relaxing lights. The hot tub is amazing, large and clean with perfect view of creek. The main bathroom is nice with large shower. Negatives: The listing/descriptions are very limited. The listing advertises for families, however, there is no washer and dryer. There is no dishwasher, which is fine, but two small dishcloths and no way to stop up the sink for dishwater. There are very few items in the kitchen, no salt, pepper, baking sheets, almost every drawer was completely empty. Luckily, I brought a slow cooker because I didn't see in listing. Tons of plates and bowls, and cheap silverware. It was very difficult when cooking and eating meals. The master bed does not fit the frame and slides around. There were very few towels and they were very cheap and rough. The house could have been cleaner, I was uncomfortable putting baby on playmat and sitting on floor to play with her. This rental house so much potential with a little investment and simple, basic amenities that are common for rentals.
