We really enjoyed our stay at the Chic 4-Bedroom Haven. The place was perfect for our needs. Beautifully styled, comfortable beds, especially loved the games. Right next to the 65 bus. Easy for all of our site seeing needs. We would certainly recommend it.

It's tough to find a space in Chicago, this convenient to so many attractions, that will accommodate this many people (we had 5 adults and 2 kids). We loved the kitchen and the bathrooms and the guys in our group enjoyed the sitting area. We were able to get everywhere we wanted to go (downtown, The Field Museum/Shedd Aquarium, etc) within a 20 minute drive, and we found a playground and park just a short walk down the road. We chose to go to one of the local Ukranian restaurants for dinner and it did not disappoint! When we arrived, one of the ceiling fan light bulbs was out and the owners had a maintenance tech at the house within an hour to fix it, and when we mentioned that the bedroom floor lamp was too dim for my sight impaired mom, he fixed that immediately as well. The space was super clean and up to date. We would definitely stay here again.

Cute place in a convenient neighborhood

The place was really nice for us to stay with three couples and a friend. The bathroom and kitchen amenities were nice and it was great to have a washer and dryer. The neighborhood was quiet and there was a coffee shop, bakery, and park within walking distance. It was just a short drive to get to the loop and it was close walking distance from a bus stop. It wasn’t a problem for us just using our cellphones, but the wifi strength was a little slow if you needed streaming or work using zoom. Having free street parking close by was incredibly nice and we never had an issue finding a spot. The check-in and check-out process were simple and smooth. I would have loved additional seating in the living room as it really only sits four comfortably, but it sleeps more than four. Some of us sat on the cement bench by the fireplace which would have been nice with some sort of cushion option.
