This spacious beach house will be the perfect relaxing vacation for you and your family! Walk or bike around town, where you can choose from various restaurants, shopping, and live entertainment. You will be located just one block from Carlsbad's best beach where you can enjoy a full day in the sand and surf and within walking distance to the heart of Carlsbad Village. Great local attractions close by include Carlsbad Lagoon, where you can rent jet skis, stand-up paddleboards, and kayaks, Legoland, Wild Animal Park, San Diego Zoo, Del Mar Fairgrounds, Balboa Park, Torrey Pines State Park, Disneyland, Carlsbad Flower Fields, and Sea World.

This splendid home away from home enjoys a lovely enclosed front yard for enjoying some sun and a back patio to barbecue and enjoy a yummy meal with your guests. An outdoor shower is provided and is the best option for rinsing off after an entertaining day at the beach. Upon entering, this air-conditioned home boasts a welcoming living room with a smart TV with streaming and cable - this is a fantastic spot to watch fun movies and series, or break out any of the provided board games (Monopoly, Yahtzee, Scrabble, Catch Phase, Would You Rather, and 1000 piece puzzles. The kitchen is open and has all kitchen tools and appliances provided to prepare delicious homemade masterpieces. The primary suite enjoys a second smart TV and an en suite bathroom. Additional perks include a washer/dryer, bikes that you can use for a quick, fun ride to the Village (three adult bikes and one children's bike), and all beach gear (paddleboards, boogie boards, chairs, umbrellas, wet suits, and coolers).

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
