Stunning Beach Oasis w/ Hot Tub
About a block from the beach, you will find this hidden oasis. A relaxing retreat offering well-appointed decor, a brand-new hot tub, sprawling backyard, BBQ, and so much more. Inside, you'll find everything you need to make yourself right at home, including a workstation, high-speed wifi, travel essentials and plenty of beach gear. It sleeps a total of 9 people with 1 king, 2 queen, and 2 twin mattresses plus a couch. Enjoy delicious kumquats and loquats fresh from the backyard while in season!
Inside the main house, there are three bedrooms. The master has a king size bed. The middle bedroom has a queen size bed. And the right bedroom has a queen size bed. The right bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. Meanwhile, the master and middle bedrooms share a bathroom. There is also a half bathroom between the living room and middle bedroom. Last, but not least, there is a separate building with a trundle bed with two twin mattresses.
Guests may use the two parking spaces directly in front of the house, the entire backyard, and the entire house.
There is a 1 bedroom unit attached to the same building as the main house, but with a completely separate entrance and yard.

Carlsbad is an incredible beachside town with plenty to offer from gorgeous beaches and walking/hiking/biking trails to trendy restaurants and cute downtown. It's also very safe and has a down-to-earth vibe. What's not to love?
What makes this property unique
Our property features a sprawling backyard full of mature plants and trees, including fresh kumquats and loquats that you can eat during the spring/summer months. It also was recently remodeled and has brand new HVAC and brand new hot tub. Last, but not least, as with all of our Cozy Homes, we offer travel essentials, a workstation, blazing fast wifi, games, a record player, and beach gear.
