Condo 611 is a 3 bedroom 2 full bathroom, first floor lakefront condo. Occupancy 7. It features a full kitchen including microwave, dishwasher, smooth top stove and oven, and refrigerator with ice maker. Includes a covered large deck overlooking lake and one of the three pools at Parkview Bay. The deck features a table and seating to enjoy a meal on the deck, your morning coffee or evening cocktail as you enjoy the peacefulness of the lake. Due to the new Osage Beach fire code open flame grills that use individual propane tanks are no longer allowed on the decks of a condo. The owners are looking into another option but at this time this condo does not have a grill on the deck. Bedding arrangement includes a king bed in master bedroom along with a private master bath, queen in 2nd. A set of bunk beds with the lower bed being a full size and 2 twins in the 3rd bedroom. Electronics are outstanding in this condo with surround sound, larger TV, DVD, VCR and stereo in living room. All bedrooms have TVs, and VCR are in the third bedroom along with movies that make it a great place for the kids to hang out. Condo is one flight down from parking lot and has few steps to pool and lake.

Loved the location. The place was clean and plenty of dishes, towels, and whatever else we needed.

Had a very good experience. The only drawback is that the pool is just below the master suite. We ran a loud fan to drown out the lively activity outside but slept fine. Did not have any other issues. Would stay again.

We really enjoyed our short get away! The kids enjoyed the pool while we sat on the balcony and relaxed but kept an eye on them (older kids). Beds were super comfortable. Easy check-in/check-out process. Nice quiet location. Definitely would visit again!

We will exceed your expectations in customer service! All of our condos are privately owned and include many extras. We take pride in the excellent condition and cleanliness of all our condos. Condo 611 at Parkview Bay is privately owned and owners take very good care of this lakefront condo. The condo includes a superior sound system, well stocked kitchen, and many extras!

Why they chose this property

The Towers and Parkview Bay are both well maintained properties that are both maintenance free exteriors, so the esthetics are great! The lakefront decks are concrete. The location is ideal for all vacationers. We are within 12 minutes of several golf courses. Dining and lakefront restaurants are within a mile of complex by water. Boat rentals are very close, and we have boat slip rentals if you will be bringing your own boat. The waterpark, antiquing, hiking, horseback riding and cave adventures are in the area and close. Grocery and liquor stores are abundant in Osage Beach and are all within a 5 minute drive. Our Passover Road is paved and lighted and we are one mile from the Highway 54 exit.
