Location. Location. Location in the heart of it all but, still experience tranquility and comfort in Marina Del Rey-Venice Beach. Our remodeled contemporary home offers a serene escape. Enjoy our Tuscan-style patio adorned with fruit trees, twinkling lights, and an old brick oven. Beyond the garden's solitude, vibrant Venice beckons with its marina, boats, superb restaurants, and Main Street attractions.
Inside, neutral interiors and a cozy fireplace extend a warm welcome. This 3-bedroom, 2-bath home features a tranquil backyard with fruit trees and a barbecue. The master bedroom offers a spa tub. The living room boasts a fireplace and high-end sofa bed, perfect for accommodating a small group.
You'll find ample parking with a 2-car driveway and street parking options. The location is unbeatable, just one block from Venice Beach and the marina, with easy access to the ocean. This quiet neighborhood is surrounded by multi-million-dollar homes and provides easy access to Abbot Kinney and Venice Beach. Santa Monica is a short 5-minute drive away.
Within walking distance, you'll discover the fabulous Scopa Restaurant and Firestone Walker Brewery. At the end of the block, you can access the Marina Del Rey bike trails and park, along with finding dining and drink options like the Ritz Carlton, Cafe Del Rey, Tony P’s, The Warehouse, and more. The other direction on our street leads to the new Firestone Walker Brewery, Beach 26 Cafe, Scopa, and Sunny spot, as well as rentals for Birds, bikes, and scooters.
Bicycles are available for rent nearby on Washington Blvd, and LAX and Santa Monica are just a 10-minute drive away. Venice is a hotspot with galleries, excellent restaurants, and shopping. And everything you need is within walking distance, or you can rent a BIRD scooter.
Our guests have consistently enjoyed their stay, and we can help coordinate additional services such as massages and a private chef (all subject to availability) to enhance your overall experience. All mattresses are brand new and exceptionally comfortable, and the sofa bed features a top-rated Temperpedic mattress. We take pride in keeping the house impeccably clean.
We invite you to leave your shoes and worries at the door and bask in the brightness of our mornings. You'll never want to leave; everything you desire is within walking distance, from great restaurants to movie theaters, grocery stores, and pharmacies. For longer stays we only accomodate an intial amount of paper, including toilet paper and towel, soap.

Why they chose this property
I think this property is a perfect location in the quietest area of Marina Del Rey. There are less than 350 residential homes in this area, with backyards, Please check exactly where you are booking, because others may not be in our area. Small and special beach community, the rest of our little town are all condos and apartments with no backyards. We have a super private tranquil backyard, bbq and nice outdoor seating.
Perfect house for couples, families and Business people that want a beach community and yet 5.6 miles to LAX. Message me for a long term stay DISCOUNT.

You are welcome to cook, use the backyard, bbq. please feel free to store your personal items in fridge and closets while your there. Please throw out before you leave anything perishable.
You can check in and check out by yourself if owner isn't available.
The space has super fast WIFI, a laptop friendly workspace, and essentials like an iron, hangers, a hairdryer, and shampoo, soaps and laundry room. We do have a Pack and Play too! There are amazing bike rentals only an easy 1 block walk to Washington Blvd.
