Great place to experience the Tahoe Blizzard!

The cozy condo was nice and warm while 77" of snow dropped over a long weekend. The accommodations were clean and we highly recommend the location for skiing at Northstar.

We got excellent support in exstending the stay of our visit on short notice. The property management company was really easy to work with. We arrived late at night after driving thrrough a storm. We locked the keys inside the house and got this quickly resolved at 1:30 in the morning. Very gratful for the quick and proffesional help. The residence is located in a quiet area above the village with all the ammenties that make a trip like this amazing. Ski lockers, laundry room, board games for the family that are age appropriate for children. The local shuttle service can take you to and from the village using an app to setup a pickup. We had an amazing weekend. This is a loft style home with an on suite bath room with a queen and bunk beds upstairs. The view out the window has the gondolas going by. This is an excellent choice for a budget minded family of weekend with friends. We will definately stay again !

Awful experience

Arrived at rental at 5PM after a long day of travel. Rental was not cleaned; dirty towels were everywhere, kitchen was unclean and garbage had not been removed. Called the support number where we were told they would send over someone to clean. 3 hours later and the rental was still not available. Tired kids and parents were disparately in need of rest. During the course of calls inquiring about status of room and if we would be compensated for what was a VERY inconveniencing day. Instead of concern or empathy all I received was an older gentleman yelling "Call Evolve. Call Evolve" It's sad that our first experience was so poor, and it could have been easily avoided. Space was nice and in such an awesome setting. Would rebook if I wasn't concerned about the possibility of that repeating. See prior reviews, this seems to be a recurring problem.

Try to contact someone because it was hot and the fan wasn’t working never heard anything from no one and my family and had to deal with all the heat.

Dirty!

The condo was very dirty - hair in the shower and on the bathroom floors and the carpets were not clean. The beds were uncomfortable and the bunk beds were EXTREMELY squeaky. The rental office closes ONE HOUR after the 4pm check-in time, but there was a procedure in place to mitigate this issue. The condo has a number/digital lock on the front door, but the management company makes you pick-up keys from the property office, which makes no sense.
