Exactly as advertised, very close to the Brownwood Square. Alden Bungalows is nice and quiet and there is an adult pool right by the entrance. Golf cart was great, no issues traveling on multi modal paths to other squares from this area. We really enjoyed our stay here.

The property is super clean and has a great location near Brownwood Paddock Square. It is also very close to a shopping center with a Publix grocery store. The house was as it was posted on the app. Very clean and had a well stocked kitchen. Camp chairs were also provided which we took to Eastport to listen to the live bands and Sawgrass to play Bingo. Loved the little grill on the lanai. The golf car was easy to get around on the pathways too. Tisha and Marc were in contact with us to make sure we got into the house without any complications. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to be close to Brownwood and it’s a great mid point between the north and south ends.
