    Relax and unwind with the whole family at the peaceful Farewell Jackson Stables. Located just 15 miles from the Saratoga Race Track, Farewell Jackson is a trying facility for standardbred race horses. The living quarters is a historic barn that has been stylishly remodeled with all the amenities needed to escape the hustle and bustle of life. The name Farewell Jackson is a tribute to our Grandfather, who would dramatically lay down twenty dollar bills while saying Farewell Jackson.

    The space is a renovated horse barn transformed into three bedroom retreat with attached game room including ping pong and pool. Relax around the fire pit or on the patio, enjoying picturesque sunsets.

    Guest have access to the property including interaction with trotting horses, softball field and game room.

    Less than 15 minutes to Saratoga Race Track. 40 minutes from Lake George.

    Best Rental Experience

    Best rental experience by far. The space is very nicely furnished and comfortably sleeps the advertised 6. The property was very clean and the host was very kind in stocking some water bottles and mints for the guests. The fire pit, garage games, and horses viewable from the yard really put this rental over the top. Thank you for a great stay.

    Weekend getaway

    This was our second time at this property and there will certainly be third. Can't say how much we love this place. We travel with two dogs and there is plenty or room on the property to take them for a good walk. Very relaxing.
