As you arrive, enjoy visiting with your group in one of the spacious lounge areas - both inside the home and outside in the enclosed lanai. To end the day, step into one of 4 large cozy bedrooms - the perfect place to relax after a long day of adventures!

Bonus Room: Pull-out queen bed. This is an extra living room that can be separated from the rest of the house by a large curtain for complete privacy.

There are enough beds & amenities to easily accommodate 10 people.

Clean linens, bath towels AND beach towels are provided for your convenience. Additional supplies are provided to get you started - including toilet paper, detergent, shampoo/conditioner/body wash.

Fast Wifi & Washer/Dryer access.

→ ENTERTAINMENT: Cards, Board Games, Beach gear, 3 Smart TV’s, FAST WIFI!

→ DINING: Interior dining table seats up to 10 people. Exterior table seats up to 8 people, with a 2-person bar top close by.

→ KITCHEN: Equipped with plenty of drinking glasses, wine glasses, coffee mugs, pots and pans, cooking utensils, mixing bowls, baking dishes, pizza pan, cookie sheet, toaster, can opener, wine opener, measuring cups/spoons, coffee maker (including complimentary coffee and creamer to get you started!), tea, salt & pepper, & common cooking spices.

→ PATIO: Private, screened-in & extra spacious. Enjoy the several lounge areas, hammocks & a grill bar. In the evenings, this is the perfect place to kick back under the ambient bistro lights. Gas Grill is provided, but guest is responsible for propane.

→ BEACH: Chairs, large beach blanket, large cooler, boogie boards & beach towels provided.

Traveling with small children? Pack n’ Play, Highchair, and kids dinnerware provided.
Guest access
Guests will have full access to the property, excluding storage closets & the garage.
Other things to note
PESTS: This is Florida, although the property is regularly treated for bugs, understand that some do find their way in occasionally. Although it’s not common, you may see snakes, ants, spiders or other wildlife around the property.

⌦ NO HOSTED EVENTS ALLOWED! This is a quiet residential neighborhood.
⌦ NO pets!
⌦ NO trailer or boat parking. $250 nightly parking fees will incur.
⌦ NO smoking inside the house or enclosed patio. We will charge a fine of $500 for breaking our no-smoking rules.
⌦ ALL adults in your party must be 25 or older, unless accompanied by a family member.
⌦ Neighborhood quiet hours are observed from 10pm-7am.
