Stayed here for 98 days and had a mixed experience.Future guests should know there is no traditional A/C in the unit. A cooling unit was installed during my stay, but it created issues with humidity, drafts, noise, and limited control. When I requested removal, removal was initially agreed to in writing, but later reversed and not completed. The larger issue was management style. Communication was sometimes prompt, especially for urgent issues, but follow-through was inconsistent. Across the stay, I often did not know whether an issue would be handled, delayed, reframed, or treated as something that might involve an additional charge. There were also repeated attempts to extend or upsell the stay, including before arrival and during issue resolution. That made the experience feel less guest-centered than I would expect from a long-term rental.Near the end of the stay, a non-emergency walkthrough was requested during my active reservation. I declined and asked that it be scheduled after checkout. The situation then shifted, and ultimately no entry was needed, but the episode reinforced the boundary and communication concerns I had throughout the stay.To be fair, some issues were eventually addressed, including a hot water problem. But overall, the stay required far more self-advocacy, follow-up, and boundary-setting than I would expect. For a short stay this may be less visible, but for a longer stay, I would set expectations carefully.
