The house is located in a natural property of 450 m2 that shares with another house, both being independent.

The space is a spacious room with kitchenette, full bathroom, integrated deck and sand and acacias garden.
The location is perfect for surf lovers, Kite Surf and Paddle, for being meters from the "Pepe", the best wave in Maldonado, and the lagoon.
Guest access
You can enjoy the surroundings both by car and on foot, as it is very close to everything you need (2 blocks from the beach, 1 from the lagoon, 2 from the warehouse and there are several restaurants on the way back). By car it is 4 minutes to the town of José Ignacio
