Fantastic 3 bedroom, 2 bath waterfront home that is very well maintained with all you will need for a great vacation on Indian Rocks Beach. Only 2.5 blocks to the beach This home is located in a quiet residential area of Indian Rocks Beach. The home sleeps up to 6 people. There is a king, queen and two twin beds. Enjoy your morning coffee while watching the sun come up on this beautiful open view porch! The living room is open and large. The home has flat screen TV's, cable/Wi-Fi, central heat & air. The owner has their vehicle in the garage. This home requires a 7 day minimum stay. This home is just 2 short beach blocks to Gulf Blvd. and the beach access. BTR#1627

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was perfect. It is a cute ranch with an amazing sun porch. The rooms were nice and the beds were comfortable. The house had tons of dishes, kitchen items, small appliances, linens and beach supplies The walk to the beach is two blocks/3 min. Would 100% recommend.

Reviewer Comments: Our third year going I love the location I wish they could put a larger tv in the living room the tv in the den area is very confusing to get to work over the internet we stayed two weeks and had to provide our own trash bags for the kitchen and bathroom other than that everything was excellent

I like the fact that it has a backyard so you have that option if the beach is windy. We saw dolphins almost every day.the kitchen is very well equipped.This is our second time here and we have booked for next year.
