About this property

Contemporary 2021- built home in prime Alki neighborhood with gorgeous views of the sound & mountains. Just a block from Alki Beach, parks & prominent Alki Ave SW home to eateries, cafes and entertainment. Entertainer's rooftop deck with spectacular views of the sound, mountains and beach. Eco-friendly design, light filled open floorplan & top to bottom premium fixtures and finishes. Large back patio! Designated off-street parking pad.

Close to everything (restaurants, park, water taxi, bus stop, kayak rentals, bike rentals, scooter rentals). Great, friendly neighbors. Very safe, but home security is also provided for peace of mind. Vivint home security - no cameras in-home.

Aside from the designated parking in the back for one car. There is also free street parking that is typically widely available in the neighborhood. There is a bus stop around the corner (<3min walk). The water taxi is near for a 10 minute ride across (visit Pike Market and walk around the piers). There are a plethora of Scooters & Lime Bikes in the area as well. And there is always Uber and Lyft around if you need them.

I love to travel and I travel a lot for work and fun. But I love Seattle and the PNW in general. I am sharing my home while I am away and I hope my guests will enjoy staying here, walking around Alki, eating great food and exploring Seattle as much as I do.

Why they chose this property

I am originally from Greece and Alki reminds me of home in a sense. I love waking up in the morning and having my coffee at Ampersand Cafe. I have fun walking my dog around the park and along the water. In the evenings, I like relaxing on my roof top with a glass of wine in the summer, or by my window with a great book.

Alki has something for everyone, no matter if you are young or older, single or with a partner, if you have kids or pets. There are fun activities and you will make great memories. In Alki I feel safe and comfortable and my neighbors are amazing. I think this is the best little corner of Seattle just perfect for me.

What makes this property unique

Before I bought my house, I stayed at several properties. Honestly the area is amazing and you can't go wrong. I fell in love with mine, because I got to watch it being built. I enjoy the contemporary feel and the views. and how close to everything it is. One of my favorite features inside the home is the heated floors in the bathrooms, especially when it cold and rainy in the winter.
