A short ride (via auto or local bus) into downtown Seattle and a leisurely walk to Discovery Park, our comfortable, bright home invites you and your guests into a living/dining/kitchen space that is made to share!

There is lovely bamboo flooring and a fully equipped kitchen with a large gas cook top. Microwave, blender, coffee pot, toaster, electric tea kettle, full spice rack, coffee and tea round out the kitchen.

In addition to the kitchen table which seats 6, there are 3 bar stools at the kitchen bar. A separate dining room also seats 6 at a large glass table. Both kitchen and dining tables can be expanded.

The master bedroom has a queen bed and a large en suite bath with double sinks, a large bathtub and a separate tiled shower. The middle bedroom has a queen bed, and the front bedroom has two extra-long twin beds. All beds have quality linens. The two front bedrooms share a bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

There are keyless entries for front and back doors. Relax on the backyard patio or curl up with a book or your favorite TV program in the living room. You will enjoy high speed internet for work or streaming and Xfinity TV channels as well.

The house is on one floor and handicapped accessible from the back entry. Parking is on the street in front of the house. Be sure to page through our visitor's library of Seattle books and magazines!

Beautiful house in a wonderful quiet neighborhood. It’s an easy 30 min ride on the bus to downtown Seattle. Lots of good restaurants around. House is clean and comfortable with all the amenties required plus a lot of nice little extras. Would definitely stay again if I was back in Seattle.

We had a lovely stay at Sweet Magnolia! We celebrated a graduation, hiked Discovery Park, and enjoyed down time! The extras at the home are what lead to 6/5 star title. All little things are generous-coffee availability to soaps and much more! Thanks for a great stay!

Perfect for our group!

We were adult family memories in Seattle for a wedding and all the activities that go with it. Six of us stayed comfortably at this wonderful house. Beds ere comfy, location was perfect for getting around town. Several grocery stores nearby. Coffee of course! We appreciated all the little touches. Nice towels. Well stocked kitchen. Two tables for dining. Outside space. We hope to return to this beautiful neighborhood. The nice ladies on either side were very sweet too. Parking is easy on the street.

Great choice, comfortable for our family!

We were very pleased we picked this home to enjoy our visit to Seattle. It was a great neighborhood and location for all our trips sightseeing and exploring. The home is updated and well kept and we felt very much at home while staying there. Would recommend and would definitely stay there again.

Great location that is easily accessible to all part of Seattle. Nearby grocery stores that can be accessed by car or walking. Property was clean and kitchen provided the essentials to make a meal.

Our daughter and her husband just moved to Seattle. This home was cute, in a quiet neighborhood and immaculately cared for. We will consider it our home away from home in Seattle when we come see our kids! Thank you for letting us stay!

Fantastic find in Seattle

We loved this property! It was perfect for our family of 3 adults and 2 teens. The owners have renovated beautifully and provided everything we needed. The place is MUCH bigger than we expected and is deceptive from the street. We had plenty of room to spread out, including two dining areas, a spacious kitchen, and a great master bedroom suite with huge bathroom and walk-in closet. The other bedrooms were small but certainly plenty of space for my teens and elderly mom to be comfortable and share a bathroom. There's full-size laundry machines, a small backyard, and a nice TV with more channels than you'll need. Everything is clean and modern and tastefully done. If they cut any corners, I didn't see them! The house is in a very quiet neighborhood close to Discovery Park and a supermarket. We felt perfectly safe and welcome. I didn't find any real restaurants in walking distance as this is residential, but I may have missed something. Be prepared to drive places but it's a quick and convenient drive to get downtown or to whatever you need. Lots of cool restaurants in the Ballard area. Street parking worked out fine, but be warned that the streets are narrow with cars parked on both sides. We understand there's a bus stop close by but chose not to deal with it as the driving was so convenient. If you are OK not being withing walking distance of the action in Seattle, and don't mind driving a few minutes to see the sites, you can't go wrong with this house. The owners have thought of everything (including dual outlet strips on either side of the master bed for charging lots of devices).

Very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and there was plenty of blankets, paper products, etc. In a nice neighborhood. Driving was a little bit of a challenge thru the narrow neighborhood streets. Otherwise, conveniently located. The owner was very nice and responded right away to questions. We had a great time.

We stayed here for my daughter’s wedding weekend, and the house was absolutely perfect for our family. It was spacious, comfortable, and had so many thoughtful touches that made our stay easy and stress-free. Everything was clean and well stocked, and it truly felt like a home away from home. Cute house in a nice neighborhood. Well appointed and clean. During the summer heat, could do with more options to cool the house as most other areas of the country do have AC. We had a great stay.

Convenient Location & Quiet Neighborhood

Perfect amount of space for my two teenage daughters, husband and myself. The neighborhood is quiet yet just a short drive into downtown Seattle. A grocery store is just a few blocks away and easy to walk to. There is also an Albertsons grocery store within a mile away. The house had everything we needed, and it was easy to check in and check out. We would definitely stay here again if we came back to the Seattle area.

Each time we visited our daughter and her family in Magnolia we loved the area more and more! It is very close to all the fun that Seattle offers, and at the same time, so relaxed and friendly. When we found this house, which had been beautifully remodeled, we could not resist buying it. We discover an interesting shop or a great new restaurant each time we are there. There is nothing more beautiful than Seattle and Puget Sound on a sunny day...or on a wet one for that matter! We hope you will come to enjoy it as much as we do.
