Beautiful Choice

Not only was the property absolutely gorgeous but the view was outstanding! I would recommend this property to anyone! The property manager was available, friendly and very accommodating. I would definitely recommend this property for anybody who loves a beautiful view!

Outstanding view. Great location with good access to freeway and nearby grocery stores. Good communication with host. Lots of space. Beautifully decorated. Well outfitted kitchen. However, the bed in the primary bedroom was not great and our sleep was adversely affected. Beds in other bedrooms were okay.

Lovely location

We really enjoyed the location and proximity to the downtown stadiums. House is very spacious for 6 people and the sundeck was huge.

Terry and Glen were great hosts and the property was clean and comfortable with fantastic views of the shipyard, downtown Seattle and the mountains in the distance. We would definitely rent this home again!

This house is so beautiful! What a treat! We loved it!!Sitting on the deck in the evening with family enjoying the view of Mount Rainier as well as the Seattle city skyline watching the light change was rivaled only by waking up in the morning to enjoy the sunrise behind the Cascade mountains. The interior of the house is so well done. it struck the perfect balance of making us feel like we were in a really beautiful place while still feeling comfortable and cozy. And, of course, the location is amazing! This is a house we will not forget.

super location--great house

A 4 night stay with our grandchildren. The location was perfect to easily get to downtown Seattle while giving us many close by dining choices. the home was spacious and well equipped. The owners were helpful and gracious. Would definitely stay here again--thanks for the perfect weather too!!

Birthday Celebration

Came up for a week to celebrate my boyfriends birthday. He wanted to have his family together & comfortable. Found this house to be perfect! More than enough space, beautiful views of Seattle, plus Mt. Rainer. Just 15min from the city itself, with plenty close by the house as well. Very happy with our find and would definitely stay here again!

The house is beautiful and has many rooms to spread out to make yourself at home. There is an outdoor balcony table and chairs for eating outside and taking in the Seattle views. You see the boats come into the harbor, lighted cityscape, and in the distance the Space Needle. The windows throughout the house are huge. Also, the owners are great communicators. Staying at this house with my family was amazing!

My family of 7 had THE BEST time staying at this property. The views were breathtaking. There was plenty of room for everyone. The home was very comfortable. Fully stocked kitchen, cooking equipment, and spices. There were plenty of linens, both for the bath and the bedrooms. We were extremely comfortable throughout our stay, and only minutes away from all the fun things Seattle has to offer. If we travel back to Seattle, we will stay at this property again. Terry was excellent with communication and made us feel very welcome. 10/10 all the way around!!

Our stay at this home was fantastic from start to finish. The house was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we needed for a relaxing getaway. Called City View for it's amazing views of the mountains harbor and the city. The views and location to the city, beaches and mountains make this property stand out.. Water Taxi to the city, Scuba, kayak, paddle board off the beach, cycle, skateboard, and other activities just 5 minutes away at Alki Beach... Or just 8 minutes to downtown to local award winning restaurants, theatre and sports.

What makes this property unique

We are 8 minutes to the City and Stadiums by car. Or 10 to 20 minutes by bus to downtown or the Space Needle, 5 minutes to Alki beach. Take the wagon, chairs and towels and head down to the beach. Sit back at the local pub and have a cold one with the beach in front of you, the mountains to the left and a view of the city to your right. Absolutely stunning views from everywhere you go on the peninsula of West Seattle.
