Water Taxi to the city, Scuba, kayak, paddle board off the beach, cycle, skateboard, and other activities just 5 minutes away at Alki Beach... Or just 8 minutes to downtown to local award winning restaurants, theatre and sports.
What makes this property unique
We are 8 minutes to the City and Stadiums by car. Or 10 to 20 minutes by bus to downtown or the Space Needle, 5 minutes to Alki beach. Take the wagon, chairs and towels and head down to the beach. Sit back at the local pub and have a cold one with the beach in front of you, the mountains to the left and a view of the city to your right. Absolutely stunning views from everywhere you go on the peninsula of West Seattle.
