The 100-year-old historic house with new renovation. Located just beside the Niagara River. Walking distance to the falls. This house is perfect for a group of up to 11 people.

5 Queen bedrooms ensuite, 1 sofabed, 6 bathrooms, 1 full kitchen, 3 living rooms:

Master Ensuite: A full kitchen, 1 bedroom with in-suite bathroom, family room, TV

Couple's Ensuite:1 Kitchenette, living room with TV,1 bedroom with in-suite bathroom

2nd floor: 3 bedrooms ensuite; 1 living room with a sofa bed. The living room is easily converted into a bedroom.

A large parking lot is shared with an additional rental section in the rear backyard. (March to October only)

 No smoking, No Vaping and No Weed in the unit.
 No Pet
 Do not leave food or trash outdoor
