Reviewer Comments: Stayed at cabin 90 my stay was supposed to be Fri and leave following Saturday didn’t look at my confirmation but I stayed next door with a friend a week ago and left my gear at his cabin so Thursday afternoon I wasn’t there but cabin was empty so I had them take my stuff over there and when we got there Friday which I thought was the first day so understandable cause my in was wrong I get a call for two days added I am ok with Fri but storing stuff thur and a full charge seems like a bit of overkill I’ve stayed at the club 37 times in 17 years left many times or 3 days early never expecting refund so pretty much thinking you’re policy for first rental could have been handled better been dealing with Dotie for 15 years and what a pillar for your company never had a problem with exceptional service don’t know what happened but service and customer relations have changed emensly also table in which I commented on last year and been bad for many years is extremely deteriorating and unsanitary

A little disappointed

Reviewer Comments: Upon arrival to our rental in Island Club Resort, we did a walk through of our place. Immediately noticed that there were holes in the walls and doors. Screens were ripped on the windows. There was even a screen to a bedroom window on the ground outside. There is a skylight over the kitchen sink, there was a piece of molding missing and you could see mold on the ceiling, the rest of the molding was warped and not flush to the ceiling. We found out why when it rained, the skylight leaked pretty substantially. Had to use a lot to catch the rain so the floor wouldn’t get wet. Woke up to something in the bedroom wall, there was a hole on the outside wall next to the bedroom window and there was a bird going in and out. Found a bunch of decorations on the floor in the closet- they were prolly supposed to be on the nails that were in the walls? The house was fairly clean and didn’t smell.

The young man who took care of us was awesome.The new place was okay...a little dirty, back door didn't lock....we had to contact management again. It was a reasonable place, but i did have to clean before we used anything. Furniture was a little damaged...dingy. I would recommend for someone on a budget looking for a pleasant, not at all glamourous stay. We contacted management 3 times...2 times wonderful, 3rd time..a very crabby older woman who was not very helpful

Living room carpet is atrocious! shoes are a must The bathroom had cheese all over the walls! Other than that it was great

Wasn’t soap in every bathroom or garbage cans in bathroom. Front blinds didn’t close fully so people could technically see into living room at night. Overall it was a good stay, nice place with friends.

Property is very clean and plenty of room for 10 people to stay!My only complaint is that i think it is time for all the rental properties to have WiFi. I am pretty sure people would be willing to pay an extra 5-10 bucks a night for WiFi. Having Wifi at the pool is nice, but it would be better if it was in the villas had it also. Overall, it was still a great stay and would stay here again!! Cant wait for next year!!

Nice rental but slow time of the year

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My friends and I all went up to stay for my Bachelorette Party the very last week in April. I absolutely loved our rental! We had tons of space but we did have a lot of lights in the house that did not work due to not having light bulbs. We did not have any light in the main bathroom due to lights being out but in the day were able to see through the skylight. The one lamp in the Living Room was also missing 2 bulbs but other than the lights being burnt out that is about the only thing I did not like. I also would not recommend going down until later in May due to nothing being opened yet. We had no idea about everything being closed while we were there so it was pretty disappointing. Was not much to do during the day other than hang out in our rental. I would definitely recommend staying here especially if you have a decent group of people going. I have been in the Summer and it is an absolute blast! Will definitely be returning in the summer and when I do I will for sure stay here again.

Decent Place

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cabin was clean and ready for our arrival. Everything was as expected and communicated. Overall, the cabin was in great shape. The only issues we had were parking a big truck and large boat. This cabin was towards the end of a long windy road with many other boats and obsticales to manuver around. We could fit our rig in the driveway, but it was challanging to get turned around to back in..since there were dozens of other rigs already parked before we got home everyday.
