Perfect for a family get-away or a group of friends looking to relax in Key West with all the amenities of home. Full size fully equipped eat in Kitchen, Washer/Dryer. Expansive private balcony overlooking the lush tropical courtyard and botanical gardens.

Large dining area that seats 6 comfortably, King bed in the Master bedroom, two twin beds in the guest bedroom and a queen pull-out sleeper sofa in the living room. 2 full size bathrooms.

1800 Atlantic has the best pool on the Island and a 20 person Jacuzzi. 3 lighted Tennis Courts , one of which is clay. Secure assigned parking.

Property itself is directly on the Atlantic Ocean.

Mattress topper please!!!

Nice, lots of cabinetry. Plenty of cookware Quiet, besides the ground floor downfall of heavy feet and doors above. Nice view of the garden. The floors were very dirty. One trip across and feet were blackened. Biggest downfall, the king mattress! Never slept onAnything worse. An old, flat topper lay atop the mattress that must have come with the condo from the beginning. Plenty of squeaky springs, no cushion at all. Along with the pancake pillows. Would be nice if they were updated/replaced. Any anything qorse.

Nice, Quiet Location

We loved this location because it was away from the Key West night life but still close enough for a quick car ride or decent walk. The condo was very roomy and had most amenities needed for your stay.

Get away from Indiana snow

We took a 4 day get away from Indiana, that was booked only about a week before.I have stayed in many . This one was not up to the Value of other places.The building is in need of updating, and they are in process, but inside, while the kitchen and baths have been. Updated( the most expensive part) nothing as far as decorating looks updated in 30 years.I have been in high rise units with 3 bedrooms with balcony &. water views and paid less, and the decor was current within the last 5-8 years.There was also a lot of tiny white ants all over the kitchen, and we had to keep any food in the fridge to protect it.My mistake was booking late and getting what was left, as an option, I guess.The pool WAS very nice and warm and the hot tub was also nice The chaise area in the sand was a good alternative to going to the beach down the street..

Suite à annulation de vols american airlines sur 48h, j'ai appelé 4 fois en laissant des messages sans réponse! Nous devions y séjourner 3 jours et avons été contraints de rester à Miami, de trouver un hébergement pour 3 jours à Miami, donc des frais supplémentaires! Communication néante de leur part, réclamation de remboursement rapidement refusée par all florida keys, une honte, du pur vol sans aucune considération...

This property was the perfect choice for our needs as we traveled on vacation with four kids and two adults. The property managers were well organized, and thorough. Communication was very good and the common area staff were polite and accommodating. The common area facilities were plenty and peaceful. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool, and appreciated having off street parking in an enclosed garage for our rental. The condo had everything we needed and was very spacious. We would definitely book this condo again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a nice time and loved the condo. We are easy to please but noticed the water pressure in the sink was super light. The water in the master shower would not get hot but we just used the hall shower and the ice maker did not seem to work. Also the water filter in the refrigerator needs to be replaced. We loved the condo and the pool. Absolutely loved the sereneness of 1800, being able to retreat to the calm and quiet yet have access to all the fun in a few minutes. Thank you very much! We will be back. Wd are very interested in renting Feb 1-15 somewhere...we actually love the B units being so close to getting in and out and having a breezeway.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Upon arrival we searched for a half hour for the “white gate” as directed. It was a white garage. The beach was disappointing as it was not accessible from debris. The location was not close to town (Duval) street and the surrounding neighborhood was sketchy. The garage door opener opened both the units and the unit next door??There were no directions on how to lock the key pad to the front door. We eventually figured out you had to hold a check mark button. Overall I would give it a “C” rating.

Good Overall

The stay was pleasant for the most part. Check in was a little confusing as we didn't know to use the garages, but once that was explained by security it was no problem. This property is not a resort, but rather a bunch of residences. We had security called on us the first night because we were on the balcony talking at around 11:30. That was a bit surprising.

Great location and amenities. Not traveling to the Keys to be inside but at the end of the day it was a great place to return to. Pool and Hot Tub are very nice. Would definitely go back!

Great Location for My Group

Location was quiet as it is away from Duvall street. We had a few guests who have health conditions and getting rest is important. We rented bikes and enjoyed our multiple bike rides to Duvall street. The garage space was a plus to store the bikes safely. The only downsides were the early check out and the ice maker didn't make ice very quickly.
