This home is the perfect distance from both Amarillo and Canyon. It offers the serenity of the country, but is close enough to the surrounding cities to be able to access them quickly when needed

This property offers affordability & comfort and allows for a restful night's sleep away from the noise of the City. It also has a nice sized deck with outdoor tables and chairs to enjoy the cool mornings & evenings the Panhandle of Texas is known for during the warmer months of the year.
