Overall, a great stay and location. Master bath was weird shower ( like a Greek bathhouse). None of the closet doors shut properly but we got used to it. Beds were really comfortable.

The condo was beautiful and had everything you would need. However our first morning there my son woke up to two girls standing in the condo and they ran when they saw him wake up. I have no idea how they could get in other than knowing the door code because we looked the dead bolt prior to going to bed. This was very startling and a bit alarming knowing someone was able to enter while we were there. This is a real safety concern! If it wasn’t for this I would have given a five star rating .

I am so sorry you had this experience. The cleaner did not have the updated schedule and went to check the unit for the stay due in on the 26th. I checked the lock log and I believe you addressed the situation with our Property Manager at the time it happened. I can assure you the lock codes are not given to the public. It was a genuine mistake for which we sincerely have apologized multiple times.

Key West with family younger kids

We’ve been to KW many times over the years and many places. This property has a good location and great pool. The unit was clean and typical nice island decor. The kitchen is nice and modern but the bathrooms are a bit dated. A few minor maintenance issues but the Manager was nice and responsive.
