The Sandpiper condominiums, designed by Palmer and Krisel, are a famous representation of Desert Modernism. Architects and students of architecture come from around the world to study the unique layout which guarantees each unit privacy and outstanding views through walls of glass. The gardens and pool areas are extensive and shared with a maximum of 16 single story units in each 'circle' of Condos.

Shops within walking distance begin at El Paseo and Hwy 74, the beginning of the world famous El Paseo Shopping District. With over 300 world-class shops, clothing boutiques, art galleries, jewelers and restaurants there is plenty to do. Also known as the 'Rodeo Drive of the Desert', El Paseo has a wide spectrum of world famous stores from Williams Sonoma, Tiffany's, Coach, Ann Taylor, Gucci and many small boutiques.

Hello, my name is Mike and I am the son of the owner. This jewel of a vacation home has been in our family for nearly 40 years. My parents, siblings and all of our kids have many fond memories of staying here over the years. We only rent the unit for February and March of each year.
