The home was a newer built, nicely appointed home. It had everything we needed for our weekend stay. It was cool, quiet, and plenty of space for 4 adults. The no eating in the living room was a bit annoying but not a deal breaker. My main critique is: the neighborhood wasn’t conducive to going out for a morning walk. Otherwise a great home close to downtown Raleigh!
