Worst VRBO we have been in, false advertising

Booked this for after a concert. Didnt have too high of expectations, just really needed a place to sleep, but it was not a place we could stay in. First of all, it was advertised as two queen beds and only one queen. The other was a twin. Doesn’t work with four people. The living room furniture was awful. You sink way into the couch when you sit on it. Chair was lumpy and also sinks in. Couch and pillows looked dirty. Floor was sticky. Blinds were broken. Stove had grease spots. Pictures made it look better than it was. To top it off, when we got there after the concert, a big black spider scurried under the couch. Probably the reason why there was Raid in the cabinet! No way anyone woukd sleep on the dirty uncomfortable couch with a big spider underneath. We only were there a total of 30 minutes, to eat dinner then get our things after the concert. We drove over 2 hours to go home rather than stay there and were denied a refund. I would look elsewhere

I would call this a "value" rental. Good price, but very basic furnishings. The couch was so soft you were almost sitting on the floor; not good for people who can't sit on low chairs. Coffee maker was provided, but no coffee whatsoever. For a weekend rental, where I'm not bringing in supplies, it would have been nice to have a couple of K cups.
