The property was in a great location! Walkable to everything we wanted to do. The fireplace wasn’t working and the property manager responded promptly and it was fixed within a few hours. I would definitely stay here again.

Great Town Home/Perfect Location
This rental had a fully equipped kitchen and comfortable living room furniture which was perfect for family time. The beds were comfortable (all the beds had adjustable mattresses) and each room had its own bathroom. The town homes’s location was perfect, Just a quick walk away from all the shops. The gondola was within walking distance also. We had a wonderful visit and we would definitely rent this unit again.

A great townhome with a great location. It had everything that we needed and the management was very responsive to questions. The living room does get really hot in the afternoons! We did find some fans downstairs but it was a little late as it was the morning we were leaving.

My entire family really enjoyed our stay at this property. Six adults fit more than comfortably. Each couple had their own bathroom and bedroom. Plus the living space provided enough room for all, the hot tub was perfect. All the beds, bathrooms, and showers were excellent. We even found the kitchen utensils to be extraordinary. They had everything. A very easy walk to town. Everything was very clean and we would stay here again. Also, Summit Rentals responded to all our questions quickly. Which we appreciated.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay here. The home was spotless and nicely decorated. The kitchen was fully stocked, making it easy to prepare meals. The beds were very comfortable. The hot tub was wonderful and clean. The garage is spacious by Breckenridge standards and easily handled our BMW SUV. The location is perfect and was less than a 5 min walk from downtown. We can't say enough about the entire staff at Summit Mountain Rentals. This is our third time to rent with them and they are wonderful. Check in/out was easy. They stayed in regular contact with us during our two week stay and they always responded quickly to any questions we had. We highly recommend this property.

This place is really gorgeous! So well-equipped with everything you could possibly need. (Other than having only 1 bath towel per person) We loved the location, a 2 min. walk to Main Street and 1 min. to the neighborhood pool. The hot tub was a huge hit. Appliances were great. We did have a faulty remote control, but were promptly brought a replacement. Communication was very good throughout our stay and the requests for leaving very simple - just take out the trash and load up the dishwasher. I’d choose this lovely place again in a heartbeat!

Great condo only 5 min walk from Quicksilver lift and 5 min walk to all the downtown shops and restaurants. Loved that all bedrooms had own bathroom. Very comfortable beds and well appointed kitchen. Fireplace made for great ambiance with 3 days of blowing snow. Would stay there again!!
