Cozy Stay Just A Walk Away from the Slopes

A very cozy yet roomy stay for our small group of friends with several modes of transportation to the slopes and town. Amenities were perfectly as listed - we enjoyed the complimentary shuttle and even walked to the base gondola to enjoy a bluebird day. Couldn’t recommend enough!

The house was very clean and the parking situation was good. The inside was also more roomy than what pictures present. Overall good and would stay again.

The property was great, location was excellent and amenities were very nice! We did have issues with the appliances and were unable to turn the stove off after use and the dish washer leaked when trying to use and the lawn furniture was broken. Needs some updating. Other than that the property was good for our stay!

Great Place and Location, Almost Home Away From Home

Pros: Easy check in, quick communication, very spacious living area and kitchen, beds were comfy, tv options were good, access to pool and hot tub were close, close to town and many fun things to do and eat, small sitting area outside to enjoy weather in shade, chairs and couches were alll so comfortable. Cons: Typical for Colorado but being from Texas not having AC at night was rough. It was about 78 each night even with fans and windows open until around 4 am when the temp inside reached about 73. Definitely a great place to stay and would come back. The price point was great and love the home feel.

We were not able to access pool, due to card not being activated. We only had a couple of days scheduled for hot tub and pool. Our unit was very clean and property management did get a new activated card to us.

Weekend getaway of skiing in Steamboat

Property was clean, spacious and as advertised. We had a friends and family gathering for the weekend of skiing in Steamboat and the space was ample for all. We were not able to find any dishcloths or dishtowels. The hot water also went out during our stay. We called the management group and they were very responsive and sent someone out to check things quickly.

Great location!

We recently stayed with some friends at this townhome and overall had a positive experience. The location is fantastic, making it easy to explore the area. The space itself is charming and well-laid out, offering a cozy retreat. The booking process was cumbersome and caused confusion with payment confirmation due to issues between the VRBO and Retreatia. The townhome could benefit from a more thorough cleaning—particularly the dirty carpets and couches. Additionally, the kitchen was understocked with essential items, which was a bit disappointing for a self-catering stay. Despite these minor issues, we enjoyed our visit and would recommend the place with a few improvements.

i did not realize i needed to fill out recreatia forms before my stay . I was frustrated that I did not have the code for the doors until we called after our check in time. I assumed emails would be from vrbo and did not realize recreatia was a 3rd party manager and should be looking for their emails . It worked out but caused stress for me.,
