The Fair House is a tiny home with a lot to offer! With a 12 ft ceiling in the main living area, it feels spacious and roomy. The countryside setting is peaceful and relaxing, but you are only minutes from downtown. The home is only 399 square feet making it a true “tiny house!” There are two bedrooms and a loft. The main bedroom has a queen bed and small closet. The bunk room has two built in bunks and a storage cabinet. Upstairs you will find two more twin beds, a tv with streaming and some extra room to spread out. Enjoy sipping your coffee and watching wildlife each morning. Hit the bike trails or take a drive down iconic Price Coffee road. It’s a unique and beautiful property custom designed with guests in mind! We love it and know you will too!

Originally from the Texas Panhandle, we have called Arkansas home for 20 years. We love this area and are so proud to be a part of NWA and all it has to offer. I love hosting because I believe this is a truly special property and I love that we can share it with others. We have been hosting for 2 years with Airbnb and have over 200 5 star reviews. We just recently added our listing to VRBO. I host with my whole heart and treat every guest like they are a personal friend who has come to visit! It is my “job” but I truly love it. We want our guests to make lasting memories, be able to unwind and disconnect, and know that while they are there, the Fair House is “home.”

Price Coffee Rd is a beautiful scenic road that we always loved. When we had a chance to buy several acres out there, we jumped at the chance. It’s beautiful, peaceful, and almost magical at times. But your drive to town is fast and easy. The best of both worlds!

There is nothing else like The Fair House! A tiny house on a large property, the farm-like setting, the quick and easy access to bike trails and the Hwy. This home was custom built and designed. It is not a pre-fab home and we designed every square inch! It’s unique and charming in all the best ways. We aimed to make the most of the space by creating small but functional spaces for our guests. Whether you are a family with small children or teens, a group of friends or a couple wanting a romantic getaway - our house can accommodate a variety of guests. We hope you will choose our place and experience the tiny house charm for yourself!
