The apartment was very clean and welcoming. There were treats and toys for my dog to play with. Stayed with my daughter and we each had a bathroom to use. The apartment was close to many different things… downtown Bentonville, Crystal Bridges.

Great location

Nancy was very easy to work with and accommodating and was very responsive. The location was great and close to everything in Bentonville. There is a pool and grill area that was well kept which we hope to use next time. The complex was also very quite which was a plus

UNRELIABLE

I had scheduled to stay in this property months before the actual stay. My daughter plays travel ball so we are on the road a lot. I paid and had the place reserved, or so I thought. When I got to the location, I had yet to receive any check in info and the host was initially unresponsive. When she finally responded, she apologized for having the reservation/receiving payment but not having the unit cleaned or ready for me - at 10 pm. She said I could wait a few hours and she would try to have it cleaned and come open it for me. I contacted VRBO and together, me and the rep attempted to get her to answer the phone so we could come up with a solution. She refused to talk with VRBO but would only engage with me. My VRBO rep was great. He got me a full refund. Unfortunately I had to find a room for me and my two daughters at 11 pm at night. As many times as I’ve used VRBO, I’ve never had an experience like this before and I hope I never do again.
