The backyard is straight out of a magazine cover, highlighted by the enormous salt water heater pool. Grab your beach chairs umbrella and cooler we provide and head over to the popular Delray Beach which is just a mile away. The 3 bedroom 2 bathroom pool home is situated in the highly sought out Chevy Chase section of Delray Beach. Tucked in a quiet residential street yet walkable to everything Delray Beach has to offer. Famous beaches and golf courses are just a 10 minute drive away.
The huge backyard is perfect for entertaining. Highlighted by a state of the art salt water heated pool. More than enough space for games like cornhole and ping pong and enough lighting to hang out after dark. There’s also a propane BBQ grill right off the pool area.

Park your vehicle inside the two car garage or on the driveway and walk through the double doors. Walk into a stylish and open living room which opens up to the gourmet kitchen and the dining room which seats 6. Straight ahead is the resort style backyard and to the left are the 3 bedrooms.
