15-20 minutes walk to town and ocean. Maximum occupancy - 4 adults. No pets allowed. No smoking. Guests with no reviews will be required to enter a short term rental contract with the owner including ID confirmation for insurance purposes.

If you are willing to book this property, please be aware that there is an additional Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) required by Monterey County and calculated at 10.5% of the nightly charges.

There are no doors for bedrooms, although this home is designed in a way that allows privacy. There is a spiral stair case that leads to the downstairs bedroom. The downstairs bedroom has a door that leads outside and down the hillside.

No other guests are allowed other than what is booked. Ages of children must be disclosed at the time of booking.
