Carmel’s pristine beaches, shops, restaurants and galleries are just minutes away from this oceanview jewel. Inside, the hand-hewn beams and burnished wood floors glow with the patina of the past, but the décor is straight out of Architectural Digest. Both the formal dining room and the step-down living room (with fireplace and large TV) feature forest views and a glimpse of ocean. There’s a petite powder room on the first floor, along with two bedrooms (one King and one Queen) and a full bath with a tub/shower. Located on a large lot, this is quintessential Carmel. NOTE: Reduced rates due to construction noise Mon-Thurs 7:30 am to 4:30 pm on a neighboring lot.
