Sitting on Watersong, a highly recommended gated community in Davenport, is this amazing 5-bedroom private rental villa with an extended west-facing pool and spa deck looking out over the conservation land. Additional features include modern furnishing, decor and a well-equipped games room. The resort facilities are just a five minute walk from this villa and include a modern gym and sports courts. Disney World can be reached in about 20 minutes.

Note: Pool heat charged at $35 per day.

Our villa is beautifully decorated and furnished to the highest standards. Our two-story home has over 2,900 square feet of living space and sleeps 10 comfortably. It also benefits from having central air conditioning, so will remain at a constant temperature for your comfort
