Speaking of sun, pool heat may not be required in warmer months! This home has solar pool heating so the water will be warmer than other pools without paying for pool heating (see note below). Cosmic Delight has a pool and a spa which is fully enclosed with screening for your comfort. Whether you rent a grill for a BBQ or prepare your meals in the well-equipped kitchen, you will love dining al fresco under the beautiful Florida sky.

Please check for seasonal pricing on spa heating only. SOLAR HEATING NOTE: This home has solar pool heating. This sends the pool water through pipes located on the roof where it is heated by the sun. The water in the pool will be warmer than other pools without pool heating. Please note that this does not give regulated temperatures in the pool and will not reach temperatures similar to those when pool heating is added. For cooler/colder months, pool heating should be added for the best experience.
