About this property

Located in a quiet neighborhood yet close to all amenities Bellingham has to offer. Stroll to Whatcom Falls Park or hit the forested trails at Galbraith with a mountain bike. 7 minutes to Whole Foods, Fred Meyers, Urgent Care and pet store. 10 minutes to downtown.
Newly built cottage at the end of super quiet cul-de-sac road. Compact and very functional space includes sun lit dining room. The open plan living room has a Stressless recliner and loveseat with 55" Sony smart TV.
Main bedroom has a queen size bed with the joining full bathroom on the first floor. On the second floor there are two twin beds and a dedicated work space with a desk and office chair.
There is very strong WIFI available throughout the house.
One well behaved pet will be accepted with a pet fee.
