Description:
Charming Lakeside Retreat: Cozy & Convenient on Chemong LakeThis cozy cottage is situated on the shores of Chemong Lake, just a short 11-minute drive from the town of Bridgenorth, ensuring easy access to all your needs.
The interior features an open-concept living and dining area, complete with expansive picture windows that offer beautiful views of the lake. Step out from the living room onto a spacious deck that overlooks the lot and lake. Adjacent to the dining room, you'll find a quaint, albeit older, kitchen, and a generously sized enclosed sunroom with a soothing hot tub.
The property itself features a large lawn that gently slopes down to the water's edge, where you'll find a dock and a campfire pit for roasting marshmallows and evenings under the stars.
Natural vegetation and tall grasses are strategically planted along the shoreline to serve two important purposes: first, to provide environmental protection for the lake, and second, to deter Canada Geese from encroaching onto the lawn and making a mess.
The lakefront offers a shallow pea-stone (16×10) entry, perfect for wading, which gradually deepens as you venture further out into the lake. Please note that there are aquatic weeds beyond the pea stone area.
This is a wonderful spot to relax and enjoy the views. Unwind in the hot tub, and watch the sunsets all while enjoying the convenience of nearby amenities and just a quick drive from Toronto. Good fishing too!

It's important to note that while the cottage is child-welcoming, it may not be specifically designed or equipped for your child's individual needs.
